Shipping policy

The Better Kiwi Company is a marketplace that connects customers with New Zealand-owned businesses ("Sellers").

We care about ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience and expect all Sellers on our marketplace to provide reliable service and communication.

Shipping is arranged directly by each Seller, and shipping rates are set by the individual Seller. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

In most cases, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. However, delivery timeframes can vary depending on factors such as:

  • The Seller's processing times
  • Delivery location
  • Public holidays
  • Seasonal demand and peak periods, such as Christmas
  • Courier network delays outside of the Seller's control

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, your first point of contact should be the Seller. The Seller will be best placed to provide an update on your order status, shipping information, and any delivery delays.
